We use the latest diagnostic equipment to ensure we get to the root cause of your failure as well as stocking replacement components, among others, Moog, Parker, Vickers and Bosh Rexroth. These components range from filters and valves to pumps and hoses for most hydraulic systems to fix the problem.

WHAT IS INCLUDED

Proportional valve diagnostics and repair

 

Utilising state of the art technology, Control Hydraulics Ltd offers you effective repair of your proportional and servo valves.  We are aware that many companies are paying excessively to have their proportional valves tested and repaired. We endeavour to bring cost effectiveness and efficiency to this area.

At present Moog, Parker, Vickers and Bosch Rexroth make up the majority of our repairs. However we can successfully repair almost all makes where feasible.

Customers will receive a comprehensive report and certification with our successfully repaired valves.

Commissioning

Having just got the systems installed you need to have the right people on site to assist in the commissioning process, ensuring all the components are as per drawings and schematics and that the system performs to the required parameters. Then Control Hydraulics are the people to get involved with our extensive commissioning experience, with SAT testing and FAT fully documented to ensure compliance.

Condition Monitoring

Get us involved in your regular PM programmes to allow us to monitor and record your system’s operation parameters. We can record these variables and plot them over time to condition monitor your system. This provides a greater degree of insight into the systems performance, this allows critical spares to be identified and sourced thus preventing expensive down time.

This will be achieved with the latest diagnostic equipment which caters for all the variables of a hydraulic system including temperature pressure and flow rates.

Pump testing

Is your system running slow and you’re not sure of the source of the problem? Let us come and test your pumps to give them a clean bill of health. All makes are catered for including both open and closed systems with flows in excess of 200 lpm and pressures in excess of 300 bar. Before you go for that expensive change out get your system tested by the professionals. This service can also be suited to your hydraulic motors and their performance. Control Hydraulics has state of the art diagnostic equipment.

Piping of systems

We can carry out all your piping needs in both rigid steel pipe from 8mm up to 60mm (and larger if necessary) in a variety of different processes depending on the exact requirements of your system. All the work will be carried out by an experienced piping engineer with extensive experience in this field. We can also carry out on site installation of flexible pipes in a variety of hose types. We can provide certification of all flexible hoses made and tested to your system requirements prior to their installation. We can also pressure test your system to ensure it is safe and working within your design parameters.
