Hydraulic Multi Chuck System

Design of complete system that allowed the operation of multiple hydraulic clamping chucks for machining center.

We designed the hydraulic system and control panels to allow for the increased number of parts to be machined. This has the effect of reducing machine down time and tool change times increasing the overall cycle time for parts to be manufactured. Our system design was integrated into the Mazak vertical milling machine. We provided all the hydraulic components and all of the electrical control panels. We carried out all the onsite installation and commissioning. We worked with our customer to ensure there was minimum loss to production during the installation and commissioning phase. The system was successful and has been repeated on numerous machines.
