Let Control Hydraulics design services get involved at an early stage. We will help you design the system to meet your exact needs.
SYSTEM DESIGN SERVICES
Design services can vary from the most basic concept to the complete turnkey project, including full automation of the process. We can provide anything from design calculations for a power load duty cycle, to the best location of your system to reduce noise and power consumption.
In addition, our design services include all aspects of design to ensure your system meets current standards and best practices. The work is carried out by qualified engineers with many years experience and training in hydraulic design.
POWER PACKS
Are you planning to get the hydraulic system up and running but not sure where to start? We provide a full design service from the very small 0.75kW sytems, large industrial systems up to 50kW. We also provide various pressures and flows to meet your design specifications. The best system design is created to ensure it stands the test of time. Come and talk to us for a quote.
In addition, is that power pack old and require an upgrade recondition? This is also something that we can do for you. We offer a full and detailed service with all system parameters recorded and logged. This can subsequently be used as a reference point in time to come.
CYLINDERS
No matter what you are looking for, – that one-off special cylinder to the standard cylinder, talk to us for all your cylinder requirements. We can design and manufacture exactly what you need. Sizes accommodated range from 16mm right up 250mm, and lengths from 100mm up to 2.4m. In addition, if you need dimensions exceeding this we will be happy to accommodate. The cylinder can be produced with a variety of finishes and materials, including stainless steel. All cylinders are fully tested an test certs are available upon request.
CONTROL HYDRAULIC SERVICES
While every project is unique in scope, we still systemically apply relevant process to each hydraulic project.
We want to get involved early in the design phase so that we can manage the project more efficiently, provide effective building solutions, and identify challenges early. This helps to mitigate design changes after construction commencement.
This approach involve detailed planning crucial to successful construction and on-time delivery, and allow the client and team a clear pathway to the bidding process, construction phase, and the way through to completion.
